History/Background
Originally from Manhattan, Carter is one of the members of the Mintrige Club who decided to be the club’s mechanic with his extensive knowledge of cars. His special ability gives him the chance to merge with the engine and fix the car faster. Carter doesn’t mind doing this, as he is amazed with the efforts of Ryu and the rest have put into becoming excellent street racers they are today. His grudge against Joe Ashter was simply through the entire club’s hatred towards the boy when he had defeated them 3 times during a street race. Upon joining DKX, both Carter and Drek team up and find a way to extract Joe’s weakness to finally defeat him once and for all. When Ryu had joined the club with DKX, Carter’s been assigned as the group’s spy, as he can camouflage himself literally to help gather information on Xhevix, more specifically on CCV and Joe.
